Hi Jorge,
Thanks for the kind comments on my pictures. I did take most of them with the 70-300 VR, but the Sun N Fun ground shots were with the 18-200 vr. Like both lenses. I rented the 70-200 f2.8 VR for two airshows this year, and WOW, what a difference in the clarity or IQ of the pictures. Now I have to save some money! Also rented the 80-400 and used it on vacation. I was very pleased with it as well, would like to see how it would handle aircraft flying to see how much it would hunt. I want to get a D300 someday, but if I get the chance I think I will go for the glass first! Take care,
look forward to your pictures on the D300 forum where I lurk!

Jorge,
Love the pano on the D300 Forum!! Great job. I have spent alot of time in Thailand and love the people and the sights. Wish there wasn't so much corruption so that the people that make the country so great could prosper, instead of the government and police. Great shots, I will come back often to enjoy them. I am on the D50 forum as Richpics. Look forward to more of your work. I will open my Smugmug site to some of the pictures I have of my travels in the near future. Keep up your great work,
Rich Caswell
Jorge Macedo - Webmaster : Rich,

Thank you for visiting and for the great comments. This is my humble home made website and there is still a lot of work to do.

Awesome photographs of the air shows in your site, very well done! 70-300VR?

Yes it's a shame... corruption is a wide spreaded disease over here plus the actual political situation is making things worse and it's not going to change any time soon Frown Other than that is a beautiful country with lovely people.

My first DSLR was a D80 and I was in the same forum as you for almost one year and I had the privilege to host the mini-challenge #21 - Street Photography see: http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/readflat.asp?forum=1034... then I felt unconfortable to post D300 pics in the forum and moved to the D300 forum but I am still miss the very friendly atmosphere of the D90-D40 forum.

Looking forward to see more of your work.

Kindest Regards,

Jorge Macedo
