Hi Mike Abbott here, Congratulations on the website. Now if we could only persuade all the clubs in Britain to put there dates on websites perhaps we could raise the profile of country music in the UK. Readers in the North East may remember my name from the days when I used to play bass for Clarks Country and Sundown. Nowadays I lve in Oxford but I have the oppertunity to visit the North East Again. Greenock based singer songwriter Red Canyon is undertaking a short tour of the Norh East of England at the beginning of June. I am pleased to have been asked to play bass for him on the tour. Dates are Sunday June 4th Iona Club Hebburn Monday June 5th Stockton RAOB Club Tuesday June 6th Crowtrees WMC West Bowburn Thursday June 8th Dormans Club Middlesborough Friday June 9th Club Hastings Hebburn Sunday June 11th The Iona Club Hartlepool.
