Don't know why you think he really controls those members, but oh well, we have seen where Sue controls Garry.

Remember the meeting when Garry wanted the moratorium placed on truck parking tickets, and wouldn't back off it until sue TOLD him to rescind the motion, and he did it very quickly!

(FRETA) POWELL WAS GIVEN SOME TICKETS A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO AND DANNY ANDERSON (REMEMBER HIM "ALMOST A JUDGE") AND MAYOR OUTZ SAW TO IT THAT THE TICKETS DISAPPEARED WHICH WHEN JUDGE RITCHIE FOUND OUT PISSED HIM OFF REAL BAD, HE TOLD OUTZ THAT IF THAT EVER HAPPENED AGAIN THERE WOULD BE HELL TO PAY. An ad-valorem tax (Latin: by value) is a tax based on the value of real estate or personal property.

Ad-valorem taxes can be property taxes or even duty on imported items. Property ad-valorem taxes are the major source of revenues for state and municipal governments.

Ad valorem tax relates to a tax with a rate given as a proportion of the price. An example would be the state of Tennessee having a 6% sales tax on the purchase of food. Virtually all state and local taxes on restaurant meals and clothing are ad valorem.

Now Im not trying to pick a fight. Im just expressing my opinion as everyone else on here does. I encourage all citizens to get out and vote in this runoff election. If you dont go vote then dont gripe. I want our city to move forward. I dont believe all the stuff written about the mayor nor do I believe all the stuff written about the other side. Is Doc H, Harvey H? Was that what your �cell mates� called you in the joint? Shouldn�t we have Harvey show that he does not owe any money to the city, or at least have him show he is not guilty of stealing anything from our city, before we allow him to stand at the only entrance & exit at our council meetings as if he is James personal bodyguard? Does anyone know if Harvey votes? I understand most convicts loss their right to vote after doing time. Harvey pays no city taxes, so we should at least make sure he is not continuing to steal from our city before we allow him to try and bully tax paying citizens at city council meetings and what not. Perhaps we should have our �Pride Committee� donate a few tee-shirts with sleeves to him and discuss personal hygiene with him as well.

High School Graduate, Employed Tax Payer sense 1974 (washed dishes at El Campo when Mrs. Smith was still the cook and they had pool tables then too), Honorable Discharged from the Army, always employed, never missed a child support payment or failed to care insurance on my child(over 12 years), never even been accused of a crime (Military or Civilian), I could return to my job that I had held for more than 10 years, if I ever manage to find a fix for my disability....... Our council meetings are a farce (A ludicrous, empty show; a mockery), with personal attacks and so on. I have seen High School pep rallies that were handled better than our council meetings..

Hello to everyone here in Crackerville. My name is Nolan Fontenot. I am lucky to be married to anyone, let alone to my wife Marla who is a "city official". I am an idiot. Plain and simple. I am somewhat OK, IFI stay on my meds. BUT, when I am off them, I am a raving, froth at the mouth, lunatic. I would like to say I want to run for the position of dog catcher, which I feel I am qualified for as I am a well trained bitch. I do know that the only position I am really good at is sitting down or laying down with my hands in my pants watching the Springer show. I get off on that show. I just love the excitement and the fighting. makes me feel like a REAL man to see some guy beatup or pick on a girl. Yeah, I am the greatest. Sue and the rest are so lucky to have me as their head cheer leader. I have an anal and oral fixation, but hey, we all have our hobbies and quircks, RIGHT? Hey little brown boy, where 'ya goin?
