How did Garry Wilson pay for the expensive remodeling of his home, soon after the car lot issue was resolved for? Was it done to keep Wilson quiet about his truck parking complaint? Guess we will never know about that. Sure seems odd though. Surely it was just a coincidence. Smile

    5. SUPPORTED VOTE FOR CITY TO GO WET, THIS WAS GOOD.

    6. MANAGED TO RUN OFF WAL-MART AND SAM'S WITH ALL THE TERMOIL HE CREATED WITHIN THE CITY, NOW THERE WAS A SMART MOVE.

    7. MANAGED TO PISS WAL-MART OFF ENOUGH IN THE PROCESS THAT THEY BUILT STORES ON EITHER SIDE OF US THUS SEALING OUR FATE (NO CHAIN GROCERY STORE FOR US).

    8.WANTED TO CHANGE THE NAME OF OUR CITY, SAID THAT WE ARE ALL RACEIST BECAUSE WE LIKE OUR NAME. EVEN GOT US A BIT ON LENO .

    9. HIRED STAFF MEMBERS FOR TOP POSITIONS FOR THEIR ABILITY TO FOLLOW HIS ORDERS RATHER THAN THE LAW OR COMMON SENSE.

    12. STILL HAS NOT DONE "ANYTHING" ABOUT FIXING THE CREEK THOUGH HE CAMPAINGED TO DO SO.

    13. OUTSOURCED THE SENDING OF WATER BILLS WHICH HAS RESULTED IN MANY BILL NEVER GETTING TO RESIDENTS AND THEM BEING DISCONNECTED.

    14. ORDERED AND SUPPORTED THE PERSONAL ATTACKS ON CITIZENS BY HIS GOON SQUAD OF WHITE, THOMPSON, TREVINO, JENNIE ANDERSON AND BARBERA & BOBBY ADAIN.

    15. THROWS PEOPLE OUT OF MEETINGS IF THE DON'T FALL INTO LOCKSTEP WITH HIM AND SPEAK OUT BUT ALLOWS THE OPEN AND BLATENT HECKELING FROM HIS OWN GAGGLE OF OLD HENS LED BY HIS WIFE, JENNIE ANDERSON AND FRITA POWELL.

    16. HAS TANTRUM LIKE MELTDOWNS WHEN THINGS DON'T GO HIS WAY.

    17. STILL TRYING TO TAKE CREDIT FOR US GETTING THE FIRST BIT OF CREEK FIX MONEY FROM THE FED'S EVEN THOUGH IT WAS JIMMY BURNETT WHO GOT IT DONE THROUGH HIS CONTACTS AND GOOD RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE.   (SOMETHING OUTZ COULD ONLY DREAM OF)

    Ahh, I can see it now. Sue Miller will run for Place 1 on Council, Burns will run for Mayor, and Smith ad Wilson will sit and smile. Can you imagine the fall out if these two win? You know darn well the Council will be controlled by Miller and Burns will take his lead from them. So, there you have it. Political posturing. Sue Miller in Place 1, City Council, Mayor and City Manager in lock step to her every whim. Can you even begin to see the ripple efect this scenario would cause? Control of city budget, control of EDC budget, control of all other city boards, and based on past experience, no citizen representation.

    Now folks on your left you will note the quaint old building down by the flooding creek. It has stood in WS through several generations of residents and administrations.

    This building has the distinction of being home to hundreds of animal slaughters and various forms of mistreatment.

    This building will be remembered as the WS Animal Alcatraz and torture chamber and will be used by various animal rights groups throughout the land as a symbol of how not to have an animal shelter.

    One can only hope that the town gets its act together and starts treating animals right, it has done poorly till recently.

    The administrations here are normally far more concerned about outsider businesses and star wars and harassing residents than about animal welfare.

    IT will be quite a change if and when this town ever gets its act together on what really matters....life not money.

    2. How long have the conditions you refer to been allowed to exist?

    As I understand our city charter; The City Council hires the City Manager and the City Manager is responsible for all city management duties.
